ReSelf AI Terms of Service

Service Description

ReSelf AI provides AI-powered image transformation services that allow users to upload their personal photos (selfies) and transform them into various cultural, historical, and stylistic representations using third-party AI APIs.

Age Restrictions

Users must be at least 13 years of age to use ReSelf AI. Users between 13-17 years must have parental consent to use ReSelf AI. This complies with COPPA and international data protection standards.

Authentication

Account creation is free. Users must authenticate through Google Sign-In (Android) or Apple Sign-In (iOS) based on their device platform.

Token System

Service usage requires either a trial package or subscription. Both provide monthly token allocations for transformations. Trial packages are one-time, non-recurring purchases valid for 1 month.

Token Usage

Tokens are deducted for transformations. Technical failures result in token refunds, but successful transformations are non-refundable regardless of user satisfaction.

Payment Processing

All payments are processed through Google Play Store (Android) or Apple App Store (iOS). ReSelf AI does not handle payment information directly.

Content Guidelines

• Only upload photos you own or have permission to use
• Photos of minors require explicit parental consent
• No inappropriate, violent, or copyrighted content
• Photos must be suitable for AI processing

AI Processing Disclaimer

ReSelf AI's AI transformations are not guaranteed to be 100% accurate. The purpose is to apply artistic styles, not create identical likenesses. Results may vary based on photo quality and other factors.

Usage Rights

Transformed images are for personal use only. Commercial use or advertising similar applications is prohibited.

User Photos

Users grant ReSelf AI permission to store and process photos for transformations. Photos are transmitted to third-party AI APIs for processing. Users retain ownership and deletion rights in ReSelf AI.

ReSelf AI Rights

ReSelf AI retains full ownership of the ReSelf AI application, algorithms, UI/UX, branding, and all improvements. Reverse engineering of ReSelf AI is prohibited.

Data Protection

ReSelf AI never sells user photos or information to third parties. Photos are used only for requested transformations with industry-standard security measures.

Service Availability

Service is provided "as-is" with no uptime guarantees. Queue processing, AI API dependencies, and server limitations may affect availability.

AI Technology Limitations

AI technology has inherent limitations. Cultural representations may not be accurate. We cannot guarantee transformation quality or appropriateness.

User-Initiated Termination

Users can permanently delete their ReSelf AI account through the app. All data is deleted within 30 days. Account deletion does not cancel subscriptions.

Company-Initiated Termination

ReSelf AI reserves the right to immediately terminate accounts for violations, fraudulent activity, or security compromises. Terminations are permanent with no refunds.

Governing Law

These ReSelf AI Terms are governed by Turkish law. Data protection additionally complies with EU regulations including GDPR. Turkish courts have exclusive jurisdiction for ReSelf AI disputes.

Dispute Resolution

Users must first contact support@reselfai.com before legal proceedings. A 30-day good faith resolution period applies.

Changes to Terms

ReSelf AI may modify these Terms with 30 days advance notice through in-app notifications and email. Continued use of ReSelf AI constitutes acceptance.
