How do I cancel my subscription?

To cancel your subscription, go to your device's subscription settings:
• iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions
• Android: Google Play Store → Menu → Subscriptions

Why was my transformation rejected?

Transformations may be rejected if the photo doesn't meet our guidelines. Ensure your photo is clear, shows your face clearly, and doesn't contain inappropriate content.

How do I delete my account?

You can delete your account from within the app: Settings → Account → Delete Account. Remember, this action is permanent and cannot be undone.

I'm not receiving my tokens after payment

Token delivery may take a few minutes. If you don't receive tokens within 30 minutes, please contact us at support@reselfai.com with your transaction details.

Can I get a refund?

All purchases are final and non-refundable as stated in our Terms of Service. This includes subscriptions and token packages.
